Assemblage Club 05 CODE NAME: KASUMI - KANSUMI -" was developed by carefully selecting brands from the long-established sake breweries in Kyoto: Tokubei Masuda Shoten, Kitagawa Honke, and Matsui Shuzo. It has a light and neutral taste with a sweet and sour note. It is a bottle that goes well with a variety of foods and is recommended for pairing with desserts.
