The Club's collaboration with Shimogamo Saryo, a ryotei restaurant established in 1856 that has been in Kyoto for 150 years, will bring you an elaborate pairing dinner.
The "Wagyu Beef Special Blend (Taro)" and "Tsukitsukatsura" sake were created by testing dozens of sake crosses.
The event will also include sake cocktails, which will be matched with the innovative cuisine of Shimogamo Saryo's Executive Chef Motoyama, who attracts guests from all over the world at his two locations in Tokyo and Kyoto.
